Hi guys, well the first part of my travels have started.......my tour round bonnie Scotland!! It started on Sunday with a train journey to Lockerbie to meet cousin Andrew, his fiance Lynn and Honey the golden lab. We then went on to Carlisle for a spot of shopping where all the pigeons caused too much excitement for Honey. We then headed back to see Andrew and Lynns gorgeous house where we spent the evening.

On Monday I was taken for a tour which invloved popping in past Castle Douglas and onto some beaches to keep Honey happy. After a tour round Dumfries in the afternoon, we headed to Auntie Tricia and Uncle Johns for a lovely meal.

I left Dumfries on Tuesday morning to get a train to Glasgow to see cousin Sarah, and of course for a bit of shopping before heading back to Edinburgh.

Thanks very much for a great few days. The perfect way to start my travels.

Hi there, this is my first post of my all new travel blog. Right now I've got four days left on my work experience placement at Deloitte and then after that it will be a mad rush to get everything ready to leave for Australia on Halloween. Once I'm there I'll be on a training course for a week and then off to a ranch somewhere to work for a few months before packing up and going travelling until coming back next summer, ready to start work properly at Deloitte.
